Abstract:

In this study, the author analyzed two dataset of transcription factor and protein-DNA complex using different factors: protein sequence composition, solvent accessibility and secondary structure. The predictive model developed by neural network which trained with information above. The purpose of the research is trying to distinguish the significances of DNA binding protein from non-binding ones.
